VARIATION
1. Omit
the amount $336.39 wherever it appears in paragraph (a) of sub-clause (i) of clause 7, Other Conditions, of the determination
published 11 July 2008 (366 I.G. 274) and reprinted 9 February 2024 (396 I.G.
663) and insert in lieu thereof of the amount $350.01.
2. Omit
the amount $403.05 wherever it appears in sub-clause (vii) of clause 8,
Conditions, of the award and insert in lieu thereof the amount $419.37.
3. By deleting sub-clause (vii) of
Schedule 1 and replacing it with:
(vii) The rates contained within this schedule
shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence three (3) months
after the date which the variation is approved by the Industrial Relations
Commission of New South Wales.
