VARIATION
1. Delete the year
"2021" of the award published 5 December 2022 (392 I.G. 598) and
insert in lieu thereof the year "2023".
2. Delete subclause
34.3 and insert in lieu thereof the following:
34.3 The provisions of
Clauses 27 and 28 of this award will apply in respect of employees otherwise
covered by the Mirror and Telegraph Publications Clerical Award 2000 and the
Clerical and Administrative Employees (John Fairfax Publications) Award 2000.
The changes made to the award pursuant to the State
Wage Case 2023 pursuant to sections 50 and 52 of the Industrial Relations
Act 1996 take effect on and from 16 December 2023.
This award remains in force until varied or rescinded,
the period for which it was made having already expired.
3. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
