A1 – STRUCTURE, OPERATION AND APPLICATION

 

1.      Title

 

1.1.    This Award shall be known as the “Crown Employees (Fire and Rescue NSW Retained Firefighting Staff) Award 2023”.

 

2.       Application and Structure

 

2.1.       This Award regulates the pay and conditions of employment for employees covered by this Award.

 

2.2.       This Award covers all employees employed in a Retained Firefighter classification as defined at Clause 0, Classifications, of this Award, employed by Fire and Rescue New South Wales.
