VARIATION
1. Delete Part B, Monetary
Rates, of the award published 27 July 2022 (Vol 392 I.G. 292) and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
PART B
MONETARY RATES
The rates of pay and allowances in Part B, Monetary Rates
take effect from the first pay period on or after 1 September 2023.
Note: The rates of pay and allowances in this award include
the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2023. These adjustments may offset any or both of:
i. Any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
ii. Award wage
increases other than State Wage Case adjustments.
