VARIATION
1. Delete the year
"2023" where it appears in clause 20, No Extra Claims, of the award
published 2 December 2022 (393 I.G. 543) and insert in lieu thereof the year
"2024".
2. Delete
subclauses 21.2 and 21.3 of clause 20, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
21.2 This Award shall
operate from 1 July 2022 and shall remain in force until 30 June 2024. Remuneration
increases will occur from the beginning of the first full pay period to
commence on or after 1 July 2023 as shown in Column B in Tables 1 and 2 below.
21.3 This Award
rescinds and replaces the Crown Employees (NSW Police Force (Nurses’)) Award
2022, published 2 December 2022 (393 I.G. 543), as varied.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu the following:
