VARIATION
1. Delete clause
32, Area, Incidence and Duration, of the award published 16 August 2022 (392
I.G. 687) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
32. Area, Incidence and Duration
(a) This Award takes
effect from 1 July 2022 and shall remain in force until varied or rescinded,
noting the period for which it was made having already expired. The wage rates
and allowances as outlined in the tables in Part B, Monetary Rates will apply
from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2023.
(b) This Award
rescinds and replaces the Staff
Specialists (State) Award 2021 and all variations thereof.
(c) This Award
shall apply to all Staff Specialists as defined in clause 2, Definitions, of
this Award.
2. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
PART B - MONETARY RATES
In the period 1 July
2023 to the commencement of the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2023,
the applicable rates of pay are those that applied immediately prior to the
first full pay period on or after 1 July 2023.
