Application by Industrial Relations Secretary.

VARIATION

 

1.        Delete subclause (iv) of clause 7, Allowances, of the award published 11 February 2022 (391 I.G. 540) and renumber existing subclause (v) accordingly

 

2.        Delete paragraph (v) of subclause (d) of clause 5, Meal Allowances, of Schedule B, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

(d)      whose overtime concludes at or after 6:00 pm.

 

3.        This variation will take effect on 16 January 2023.
