VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 3.2 of clause 3, The Surcharge, of Schedule I - Temporary Fuel
Surcharge, of the contract determination published 24 August 2020 (387 I.G.
924) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
3.2 For pay periods
commencing between 17 October 2022 and 20 November 2022, the Temporary Fuel
Surcharge shall be:
