VARIATION
1. Delete the
definition "driver" from subclause 1.1 Definitions of clause 1
Interpretation, of the Contract Determination published 4 March 2005 (348 I.G.
1028) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
Driver means a director of the Carrier who is employed
or engaged by the Carrier and nominated by the Carrier to operate a Concrete
Truck for the Carrier pursuant to clause 20 of this Determination.
2 Insert after subclause
20.1 Obligation, the following new subclause 20.1A.
20.1A The Driver shall be
permanent operator of the vehicle except on a period of absence approved by the
Principal Contractor.
3. This variation
shall take effect from 28 April 2009.
