VARIATION
1. Delete
sub-clause (f) of clause 4, Minimum Rates of Pay and Classification of Employees of the award
published 18 August 2000 (317 I.G. 1146 and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(f) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases of
2003 and 2004. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
