VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (b) (i), of clause 38, Superannuation of the award published 12 April
2001 (323 I.G. 1106), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(i) JUST Super.
2. Delete
subclause (iii), of Minimum Rates of Pay, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
(iii) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases of
2003 and 2004. These adjustments may be
offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
(b) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
rates adjustments.
3. Delete Table
1 - Rates of Pay, and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of the said Part B,
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
