CA09/3 - Toll Contract Carrier Agreement 2008-2010

Made Between:  Toll Transport Pty Limited -&- the Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  New.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 11 March 2009 and commenced 1 January 2008.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all Carriers employed by Toll Transport Pty Ltd .

located at Level 8, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004, but shall exclude Carriers engaged in carting brewery products, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination.

 

Nominal Term:  24 Months.
