New/Variation:  New.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 20 December 2005 and commenced 1 July 2005.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all Conrete Testers (laboratory and field) and Laboratory Technicians in the Sydney metropolitan area, employed by Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd, located at Level 5, 75 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, who fall within the coverage of the Cement Mixers and Concrete Workers, Central Batch Plants (State) Consolidated Award.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by Port Kembla Port Corporation, located at Cnr Darcy & Military Roads, Port Kembla NSW 2505, with the exception of the Chief Executive Officer, General Managers, Port Officers and Marine Pilots, who fall within the coverage of the NSW Port Corporations Award 2001 and the NSW Port Corporations Award (Federal).

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to employees employed Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited, located at Hawthorn St, Beresfield NSW 2322, who fall within the coverage of the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award. However, this agreement covers employees who would reasonably be expected to be covered, given the nature of the work performed under the agreement.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to employees employed Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited, located at Hawthorn St, Beresfield NSW 2322, who fall within the coverage of the Poultry Industry Livestock (State) Award. However, this agreement covers employees who would reasonably be expected to be covered, given the nature of the work performed under the agreement.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by Johnston's Transport Industries at its depots located at 56 Fitzroy St, Marrickville NSW 2204 and 82 Long St, Smithfield, within the occupation of Transport Worker as set out in clauses 14 and 15 of this agreement, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry (State) Award.

 

Nominal Term:  27 Months.

 

 

EA06/30 - Arnott's Snackfoods Smithfield Operations Enterprise Agreement 2005

Made Between:  Arnotts Snackfoods -&- the National Union of Workers, New South Wales Branch, The Australian Workers' Union, New South Wales .

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA03/215.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 31 October 2005 and commenced 1 July 2005.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees of Arnott's Snackfoods, who are engaged at the Smithfield Plant located at the 15-21 Britton St, Smithfield NSW 2164, who fall within the coverage of the Storemen and Packers General (State) Award and Potato Crisp Makers (State) Award. This agreement does not apply where and employee/s are transferred to another of the company's operations where another agreement is in operation.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.

 

 

EA06/31 - Koppers Carbon Material and Chemicals Pty Limited 2005 Enterprise Agreement

Made Between:  Koppers Carbon Materials & Chemicals Pty Ltd -&- the Electrical Trades Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch, The Australian Workers' Union, New South Wales .

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by Koppers Carbon Materials and Chemicals Pty Limited, covered by the classifications outline in clause 10 of this agreement, located at Woodstock Street, Mayfield West NSW 2304, who fall within the coverage of the Electricians &c. (State) Award, Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award, and the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (State) Award.

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 23 December 2005 and commenced 6 August 2005.

 

Description of Employees:  The Agreement applies to all employees employed by Origin Energy Limited, located at Level 45 Australia Square, 264-278 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, and are engaged at the following locations: Queanbeyan, Tamworth, Moree, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Lightning Ridge, Glen Innes, Eden, Inverell, Port Macquarie, Parkes, Wellington and Wagga Wagga, who fall within the coverage of theTransport Industry - Mixed Enterprise Interim (State) Award and the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award.

 

Nominal Term:  24 Months.
