Made Between:  McPhee Transport Pty Limited -&- Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  New.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved and commenced 26 March 2003.

 

Description of Employees:  Applies to all Taxi Truck Operators who are engaged by McPhee Transport Pty Limited throughout New South Wales and perform work as allocated by the Company on a time hire basis and who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination and the McPhee Transport - TWU NSW Heads of Agreement 1999.

 

Nominal Term:  31 December 2003.
