ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS APPROVED

BY THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION

 

(Published pursuant to s.45(2) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996)

 

EA17/05 - The Hills Shire EnterpriseAgreement 2014 - 2017

Made Between:  The Hills Shire Council -&- the New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union, The Development and Environmental Professionals' Association and The Local Government Engineers' Association of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA14/7.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 5 April 2017 and commenced 1 July 2017.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by The Hills Shire Council located at 3 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153, who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2014, with the exception of Senior Staff designated in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.
