(d) State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2008.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
subclause 5.3.1 of clause 5.3, Apprentice Rates of Pay of the said Part 5, and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
5.3.1 Except as
provided for in clause 5.4, Adult Apprentices, the weekly wage rate for
apprentices shall be as follows:
