VARIATION
1. Delete clause
5, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment, of the award published 3 November 2000
(319 I.G. 1092), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
5. Arbitrated Safety
Net Adjustment
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Cases 2007.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net adjustments, State Wage Case
and minimum rate adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Wages of Part B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
