VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph 5.3.3 of subclause 5.3 of clause 5, Rates of Pay, of the award
published 2 May 2008 (365 I.G. 1082) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
5.3.3 The rates of pay in this award include the
adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2008, as set out in the said
Table 1, Rates of Pay in Part B - Monetary Rates. This adjustment may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(ii) award wage increases since 29 May 1991
other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part B -
Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
