VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (f) of clause 5, Wage Rates - Adults, of the award published 21 December
2001 (330 I.G. 629), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(f) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2002. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991, other than safety net, State Wage Case, and
minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Wages, and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates,
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
Table 1 - Wages
All adult employees of a classification specified herein
employed in any of the Industries or sections thereof to which this award
applies shall, except as otherwise specified, be paid the rate specified in
this table.
