CA25/02 - Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Contract Carriers Agreement 2025

Made Between:  Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Pty Ltd -&- the Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales

 

New/Variation:  Replaces CA19/01

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 4 September 2025 and commenced 1 July 2025

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all Contract Carriers engaged by Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Pty Limited located at Level 4, 65 Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont NSW 2009, who provide transport and cartage services for the collection and removal of solid commercial waste within the Company's Solid Commercial Waste Division from the Company's depot at Arndell Park, Sydney, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry­ Redundancy (State) Contract Determination and the Transport Industry-Mutual Responsibility For Road Safety (State) Contract Determination.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.
