VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (ii) of clause 5, Wage Rates, of the award published 18 December 1974,
reprinted 4 May 1990, further reprinted 10 December 1993 and the reviewed award
published 16 November 2001 (329 I.G. 625), as varied, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(ii) The rates of pay
in this award include adjustments payable under the State Wage 2002. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payment; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than Safety Net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
