VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (vi) of Clause 10, Classification Structure and Wages, of the award
published 5 June 1998 and the reviewed award published 11 August 2000 (317 I.G.
778), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof:
(vi) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of
2002. These Adjustments may be offset
against:
(a) Any equivalent
over award payments and/or
(b) Award wage increases
since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates
adjustments.
2. Delete (i)
Adults, of Table 1 - Wages, of Part B Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
