VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (ii) of clause 4, Rates of Pay, of the award published 13 July 1977, reprinted
11 April 1984 and the reviewed award published 26 October 2001 (328 I.G. 1275),
as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(ii) The rates of
pay in this award include the State Wage Case - May 2002 adjustment as set out
in Table 1 - Wages, of Part B, Monetary Rates, payable under the State Wage
Case - May 2002 decision. This adjustment may be offset against:
(A) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(B) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net adjustments and minimum rates
adjustments.
2. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert n lieu thereof the following:
